If you have motor pictures or drawings to show us, or detailed specs like voltage, speed, torque, motor size, working mode of the motor, needed lifetime, and noise level, please let us know, and we can recommend a suitable motor according to your requirements.
Do you provide customized services for your standard motors?
Yes, we can customize voltage, speed, torque, and shaft size/shape. We can also add wires/cables soldered on the terminal, capacitors, EMC, or connectors if needed.
Can I request samples for testing first?
Yes, sample orders are welcome. After confirming the motor specifications, we will provide a proforma invoice for samples to proceed with production.
How do you ensure motor quality?
We implement strict quality control procedures: incoming materials inspection according to verified samples/drawings, in-process inspection during production, and a final inspection before shipping.
What certifications do you have for your micro motors?
Our products are manufactured according to high-quality standards and hold certifications such as CE, RoHS, ISO13485, IATF16949, and REACH.
What is the standard lead time for orders?
Generally speaking, our standard product orders require 25-30 days. The lead time might be slightly longer for customized designs, but we maintain flexibility based on specific requirements.
