QDo you have customized service for your standard motors?
Yes, we can customize per your request for the voltage, speed, torque and shaft size/shape. If you need additional wires/cables soldered on the terminal or need to add connectors, or capacitors or EMC we can make it too.
QCan I have samples for testing first?
Yes, definitely you can. After confirmed the needed motor specs, we will quote and provide a proforma invoice for samples. Once we get the payment, we will get approval from our accounts department to proceed with sample production accordingly.
QHow do you make sure motor quality?
We have our own inspection procedures: for incoming materials, we sign off on samples and drawings to ensure quality; during the production process, we carry out in-process inspections and a final inspection to guarantee qualified products before shipping.
QWhat is your lead time?
Generally speaking, our regular standard products require 25-30 days, and slightly longer for customized products. However, we are very flexible with our lead times, and it ultimately depends on the specific order details.
