Q How to select a suitable motor?
If you have motor pictures or drawings to show us, or you have detailed specs like voltage, speed, torque, motor size, working mode of the motor, needed lifetime and noise level etc, please let us know, and we can recommend a suitable motor according to your request.
Q Do you have customized service for your standard motors?
Yes, we can customize according to your request for the voltage, speed, torque and shaft size/shape. If you need additional wires/cables soldered on the terminal or need to add connectors, or capacitors or EMC we can make it too.
Q Can I have samples for testing first?
Yes, definitely you can. After confirming the needed motor specs, we will quote and provide a proforma invoice for samples, and proceed with production once payment is received.
Q How do you make sure motor quality?
We have our own inspection procedures: for incoming materials, we check signed samples and drawings to ensure quality; for the production process, we conduct tour inspections and a final inspection to guarantee qualified products before shipping.
Q What certifications do you have?
We currently hold CE, RoHS, ISO13485, IATF16949, and REACH certifications.
Q What's your typical lead time?
Generally speaking, our regular standard products will require 25-30 days, and a bit longer for customized products. We are flexible with lead times and adjust depending on specific orders.
