How to select a suitable motor?
If you have motor pictures or drawings to show us, or have detailed specs like voltage, speed, torque, motor size, working mode, needed lifetime, and noise level, please let us know. We can recommend a suitable motor according to your request.
Do you have customized service for your standard motors?
Yes, we can customize parameters such as voltage, speed, torque, and shaft size/shape. If you require additional wires/cables soldered on the terminal or need to add connectors, capacitors, or EMC, we can accommodate those needs as well.
How do you make sure motor quality?
We implement rigorous inspection procedures: for incoming materials, we use signed samples and drawings to ensure qualification; for the production process, we conduct in-process tour inspections and a final inspection to guarantee qualified products before shipping.
What's your lead time?
Generally speaking, our regular standard products will require 25-30 days, and slightly longer for customized products. We remain highly flexible with our lead times to align with specific order requirements.
